Raising a concern

If you have a concern about how an enquiry has been handled, contact us with your name, contact details and a clear description of the issue.

Contractor work

Where a complaint relates to work agreed directly with an independent contractor, that contractor remains responsible for addressing matters arising under their own quotation or contract.
